Below are the figures we actually quote. Retainers are billed monthly in advance, projects fifty per cent up front. Media spend is paid by you directly to the ad platform — we never mark it up.

Ad accounts, pixels, feeds, creative source files and page code are yours from day one and stay yours if we part ways.
Month-to-month after 90 days
The first ninety days cover the build. After that, thirty days’ written notice ends the retainer.
No spend markup
You pay the platforms directly with your own card. We never invoice media through our account.
A named person
Cheryl runs your reviews. You will not be reassigned to a rotating account manager.
