1. Who we are
Creative & Products (“Creative & Products”, “we”, “us”) is an advertising and product marketing studio owned and operated by Cheryl Hutchinson at 2005 Serpentine Ter, Silver Spring, MD 20904, United States. We are the party responsible for personal information collected through creativeandproducts.com.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, company, email address, telephone number, budget range and anything you write in an enquiry or email to ads@creativeandproducts.com.
- Client engagement information. Billing contacts, contract details and the account access we need to deliver services.
- Technical information. IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed and approximate region, collected by our hosting provider and, if you consent, by analytics cookies.
We do not collect payment card numbers through this website, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal information such as health, biometric or precise geolocation data.
3. How we use information

- To provide, invoice for and support the services you engage us to deliver
- To maintain the security and performance of this website
- To understand which pages are useful, where consent has been given

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
4. Why we are allowed to use it
Where United States law applies, we process information to perform a contract with you, to pursue our legitimate business interests in responding to enquiries and operating our website securely, to comply with law, and on the basis of your consent for optional cookies. Where the laws of another jurisdiction apply to you, we will honour the equivalent grounds and rights available under that law.

We share personal information only with providers who help us operate, under written agreements limiting their use of it:

- Enquiries that do not become clients: up to 24 months
- Client records and correspondence: for the engagement plus 7 years, for tax and legal purposes
- Server access logs: up to 12 months
- Cookie consent record: 12 months, stored in your own browser
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to obtain a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to limit certain uses, to opt out of sale or targeted advertising (we do neither), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Maryland and other states with comparable statutes may exercise these rights by emailing ads@creativeandproducts.com with the subject line “Privacy Request”.
We respond within 45 days and may ask for information to verify your identity. You may use an authorised agent; we will ask for written proof of authority. If we decline a request you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our decision.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to client accounts and correspondence is limited to the individuals who need it, protected by multi-factor authentication and unique credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we review our practices annually and will notify affected individuals and regulators of a qualifying breach as required by law.
10. Children
Our services are directed to businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top reflects the current version, and material changes will be highlighted on this page for at least thirty days.
